» Project Manager |
We are looking for a goal-oriented individual to lead our Services Delivery initiatives. You must have prior experience managing healthcare financial information systems implementations and experience with all phases of system implementation (planning, design, build test and deploy). A solid understanding of hospital clinical areas and how they coordinate service and patient flow is also required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all phases of system implementation (planning, design, build test and deploy)
- Manage the implementation projects in a multi-facility environment and coordinate project team members’ activities and tasks
- Develop project plans and project documents in conjunction with client project managers
- Establish and manage 5-10 resources (company, client and third party resources) through project completion
- Extensive travel
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- BS degree in Science or Information Technology
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3-5 years project management experience in healthcare IT
(PMP preferred)
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Identify possible risks with contingency plans or workaround solutions with the client on a continual basis during the project life cycle
- Strong workflow analysis and process integration and problem
solving skills
- Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image and deal confidently with complex business problems
- Exceptional organizational, written, verbal and presentation skills

» Lead Application Specialist |
As a Lead Application Specialist, you will be responsible for providing product implementation and training for customers and business partners and for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Project Manager, the Lead Application Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end implementation of our software into the client’s environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implementation will include: data collection, product set-up, activity definition, resource and activity driver determination and analysis, testing, debugging and serving as the client’s advocate throughout the implementation process
- Prepare client documentation necessary to facilitate ongoing use of
the application
- Train customers and Application Specialists in both classroom and
individual settings
- Make presentations and facilitate client meetings
- Provide a first line of technical support and user training during
initial implementation
- Collaborate with the Project Manager in all phases of the project
- Respond to customer needs and technical questions regarding product solutions and other modules
- Identify problem areas and make recommendations regarding
corrective action
- Participate in QA testing and gathering of functional requirements
- Develop, mentor and support new application specialists
- Provide an ongoing support role with regard to system operations and results, including data analysis and recommendations for customer savings and improved efficiency

» SQA Lead Automation Engineer |
Montgomery County, MD / Fairfax County, VA
RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary focus will be to establish and lead a SQA program for a new medical costing system. This starts with the creation of test cases from the associated development project business requirements. This requires a strong understanding of the underlying business functions and technology employed in these functional areas. After the use cases have been established, the Analyst will be expected to develop the associated test data, execute the associated transactions and critically compare the actual output to the expected output. The Senior QA Analyst will interact with business users and the development team to confirm/maintain requirements, develop test plans/cases and execute the same. The Senior QA Analyst will take ownership of and responsibility for executing the test plan within prescribed budget, time and quality guidelines. The Senior QA Analyst must coordinate and execute some aspects of a system test, including environment setup. The Senior QA Analyst will work both independently and as a team member to solve problems and implement solutions. The Senior QA Analyst will follow department processes and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- BS or BA Degree, or equivalent experience
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 3-6 years knowledge of QA processes and practices
- 3-6 years database applications experience
- Over 3 years of in-depth successful software testing experience, with at least 6 mos. experience in testing medical and/or data warehouse business applications that have a significant front-end (as well as back-end) component.
- Must have demonstrated working knowledge of functional and automated testing, working knowledge of SQL to mine production tables for suitable test data and experience documenting test results. It is desirable to have working knowledge of medical industry terminology and its associated systems.
- Has developed test plans and test cases based on software requirements.
- Has documented software issues discovered using a defect
tracking system.
- Has analyzed, researched and communicated defects of a complex nature to software developers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Lead User Interface Designer role requires a highly motivated person interested in designing innovative, intuitive web applications used by a wide range of user types. This role is unique in that it requires creative design skill and development skills in order to design and develop prototypes and components that will drive the development of the final product.
Familiarity with agile-based UI design process and best practices is desired. Proficiency with web-based UI design tools and technologies expected. As an individual contributor, the User Interface Designer works with all departments and all levels of employees.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Over 3 years of in-depth successful software development experience in a web-based data warehousing applications environment.
- Significant experience building user interfaces and reports from business requirements and use cases.
- Proficiency in a variety of user interface design and development tools.
- Experience with business process modeling and XSLT.
- Quickly, yet thoroughly, create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups as needed to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors.
- Build interactive prototypes, if necessary, to support mockups.
- Represent the user in product discussions with development engineers and product managers.
- Provide User Interface design, reviews, and UI standards ownership and enforcement (across technologies and a specific product).
