Dr. Bolless is a successful executive, entrepreneur and investor in the global high-tech arena. He has co-founded, and guided, numerous companies from early-stage through successful public offerings on the NASDAQ and through high value buyouts. Bolless was one of the founders of Sapiens International N.V., a global e-business solution provider (NASDAQ: SPNS), a co-founder of Precise Software Solutions (NASDAQ: PRSE) and was the CEO of Exactium Ltd., acquired by Pivotal (NASDAQ: PVTL). He is also Director and Chairman of the Investment Committee of Golden Wings Ltd., the VC fund of the Israeli Air Force Veterans Business Club. His areas of expertise include business management, data processing systems, and initiation and management of high tech start-up companies. Dr. Bolless is also a Director of Ellara Ltd. He served a long career in the Israeli Air Force. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy from Northern Illinois University. He is Chairman of the Israeli Chamber of Information Systems Analysts and is a visiting lecturer at the Tel Aviv University and the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya.

Ilan Mintz has specialized in computerization in the healthcare industry for over 18 years. Before establishing ExactCost, he was the CEO of Cybersoft Software Systems, a developer of software applications specializing in the design and support of solutions for the healthcare industry. From 1990 through 1996 Ilan held several key positions, including Managing Director and Marketing Manager, at Casdim Software Systems Ltd., a developer of laboratory information systems. He started with Casdim as Director of Customer Support and Training, responsible for setting up training and customer support systems for the company’s products in Israel, Switzerland, Austria and Canada. His division trained over 1200 end-users, including laboratory personnel and distributors, and installed systems in over 200 hospitals and regional laboratories. Ilan served as a Battalion Commander in the Israeli Defense Force, reaching the rank of Lt. Colonel. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering Management and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Tel-Aviv University School of Business.

Dr. Sonny Altstock is a specialist in clinical pathology with over 42 years experience in the medical diagnostic field. He is currently serving as a consultant for establishing and upgrading medical clinics and laboratories in various countries. Sonny is licensed by the Israel Health Authorities as a Director of Medical Laboratories. He holds a B.S. degree with honors from the California State University in Molecular Biology, and an M.S. and Ph.D. from UNM Medical School and Microbiology Dept. in Medical Science and Microbiology. He designed and implemented the establishment of the Multi-diagnostic Medical Center of the GMC for the Kremlin in Moscow, as well as clinics in Budapest, Nigeria and the Palestinian Authority. He was the founder and Director of American Medical Laboratories, the largest full-service private lab in Israel. He was founder and Director of the R&D Dept. of Biologicals and Microbiology of Abic Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and consultant to Teva Pharmaceuticals. He developed a novel method of diagnosing allergies and the medium used by NASA for microbiological sampling in its space program.

Oren Yosef is a Certified Public Accountant experienced in financing various stages of IT-related companies, as well as in the merger and acquisition arena. Prior to joining the company in 1999, Oren served as the CFO of several start-up high-tech companies. In this capacity, he gained vast experience in financing various stages of IT-related companies, as well as in the merger and acquisition arena. From 1993 to 1995, Oren was a senior accountant with the Shlomo Ziv & Co. accounting firm. Prior to that, Oren was an auditor with another accounting firm for three years. He is a Certified Public Accountant, and graduated from Bar Ilan University with a BA in Economics and Accounting.

Gene Ostrovsky has extensive experience in the software industry and has been leading project development teams for over 14 years. The projects he has led have been mainly for the healthcare industry, including the development of Laboratory Information Systems and central data banks for healthcare organizations worldwide. Gene graduated from the Tel Aviv Technological College with a degree in Practical Engineering in Computer Science.

Paul Monge is a Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA) with over 26 years experience in Radiology and expertise in PACS systems, radiological equipment, re-design of Radiology Department flow processes and system implementation and training. Paul has served as the Assistant Radiology Administrator, at a large county healthcare system in South Florida that includes a 1700 bed main campus and six community centers. Paul is the author of several published articles on Activity-Based Methods and is currently serving on the Editorial Review Board for the AHRA (American Healthcare Radiology Administrators). He is an Adjunct Faculty Member at Miami Dade College, the largest community college in the U.S., and is a member of the Advisory Committee for the Jackson Health System’s School of Radiologic Sciences. He established seven hospital sites in South Florida for the Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program, as the former Assistant Director of the School of Clinical Affiliates at Miami Dade College. Paul spearheaded the development of the Sonography Society of South Florida and served as Treasurer. Paul graduated from Barry University with a BS in Professional Studies with Concentration in Health Care Administration and Public and Community Health Care and the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer and Radiologic Technologist.

Meir Ovadia is responsible for the functional and technical support and training of our customers and alliance partners. He is also responsible for the quality assurance and testing of ExactCost’s products. Meir was responsible for the certification of ExactCost to the ISO-9001 standard by the IQC. He has 13 years of experience in training and implementing software products for the healthcare industry, and specifically, for diagnostic and medical laboratories. He graduated from the Yeda 2001 College with a degree in Practical Engineering in Computer Science.

Tal Noga has over 10 years of experience in the software industry and vast knowledge in financial systems designed specifically for the healthcare industry. Tal has been with ExactCost for 7 years and is a key leader in the development of ExactCost's current and future methodologies - performance management using activity-based methods. Recently, Tal was appointed to lead the marketing and sales efforts of ExactCost in Israel. Tal Holds a B.Tech degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Shenkar College (Ramat Gan) and an MBA degree, with expertise in marketing, from the College of Management Academic Studies in Rishon LeZion, both with excellence.

Doreet Katz is responsible for creating all of ExactCost’s technical, marketing and corporate materials. She has over 16 years of experience in corporate and marketing communications, as well as in product design and implementation, specifically, for the healthcare and enterprise application markets. She began her career in the healthcare industry as the MIS and Assistant to the Managing Director of American Medical Laboratories (Israel). In 1992, she joined Casdim, a provider of LIS, as Assistant to the General Manager. Since 1995, she has been the Corporate Communications Manager for several of the software companies affiliated with the Disk Group. She has been deeply involved in all the stages of software projects - from the initial stage of requirement definition, through R&D, marketing, training and implementation and has worked with clients, investors, business partners, and sub-contractors worldwide. She holds a B.Sc. degree in Statistics from the Tel-Aviv University.

Meni Lubetkin has over 10 years of experience in designing and developing software, including financial and billing applications for the telecom industry and network management applications for IT organizations. Meni has been with ExactCost for 7 years leading R&D teams in the development of ExactCost’s solutions. Recently, Meni was appointed to lead the Product Management of ExactCost.  Meni is a graduate of the Camera Obscura School of Art in Film & Television. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Mercy College, N.Y. and an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh International program at Ramat-Gan College.

Prof. Ludomirsky is a Professor of Pediatrics and Chief of Pediatric Cardiology at Langone NYU Medical Center. He previously served as Prof. of Pediatrics and Biomedical Engineering at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, and Director of the Division of Pediatric Cardiology at the St. Louis Children's Hospital. He also serves as Venture Partner at Advent International, a Boston-based venture capital fund. He received his MD, magna cum laude, from the Sackler School of Medicine, Tel Aviv University and finished his fellowship in pediatric cardiology at the Baylor College of Medicine, Houston Texas. From 1992 to 2003, Prof. Ludomirsky served as the Director of the Echocardiography Laboratory at the Department of Pediatrics, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan. Prof. Ludomirsky holds several R&D/Consulting positions with a number of well-known USA, European, and Israeli companies in the biomedical field.

Dr. Mira Zeffren served as a Regional Executive Director for NCS Healthcare, Inc. a provider of pharmaceutical and related services to long-term care facilities, including skilled nursing centers, assisted living facilities and hospitals. NCS serves approximately 215,000 residents in 33 states and manages hospital pharmacies in 14 states. Mira is a fellow of, and has served on the regional boards for, the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists and the California Pharmaceutical Association. She is also an adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Southern California School of Pharmacy. Mira has developed two software programs, MedTrax and ProTrax being used in the Long Term Care Pharmaceutical Industry. She has published articles in the Annals of Internal Medicine. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Saint Louis College of Pharmacy.

Zvi Hadar is the Company Secretary of ExactCost. In addition, he provides the Company consulting services regarding financial and capital raising issues. He has been providing such services to the Company since its inception. Zvi has been a member of the Israeli Bar since 1983 and the New York Bar since 1987. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law (LLB 1982) of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from Haifa University (2005).
