Tier 1: Technical Implementation
The first tier of our financial transformation services includes all the steps required to integrate the ExactCost technology with those information systems operating in your facility that house the data needed to precisely define your costs. We also work with your departmental team to ensure that all the resources, activities, and services included in our pre-defined data dictionaries are representative of your organization. Any necessary modifications will be inserted in our system.
Tier 2: Activity-Based Methods Training
The second tier of our financial transformation service offering is our "Performance Management Training" that provides all levels of the organization a framework to become better operational managers and leaders. It introduces your managers to the Activity-Based Methodology and the ExactCost software solution which will provide the vehicle to meet their personal and organizational goals.
Tier 3: Implementing ABM

Our toolkit is very comprehensive and includes capabilities such as "Value Chain Analysis", "Capacity Analysis" and "Process Analysis." Although most operating managers will be able to utilize these tools immediately upon implementation, it requires extensive knowledge and experience in the discipline of Activity-Based Management to quickly realize the benefits from these powerful tools.
Our Operational Performance Improvement services are designed to complement and support operating managers who have access to our toolkit by working closely with them to analyze results, identify improvement opportunities, and work side by side to develop alternatives to enhance performance.
