» Position 103: Implementation Services Associate |
|
As an Associate in our Implementation Team you will be responsible for implementing the application, training customers and business partners and maintaining a high level of customer and partner satisfaction. This team member works closely with our customers, as well as our customer support, sales and the R & D departments.
Entry Level Position: Experience is not required, but is desirable with technology or data-related products and services in the Healthcare Industry.
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer, technical, business, or financial field.
- Proficiency with Excel, Access, Word and other MS Office products.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills; attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent listening, presentation and teaching skills.
- Familiar with Systems Integration concepts and terminology.
- The ability to travel up to 100%.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a team environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data collection, product set-up and serving as the client’s advocate throughout the implementation process.
- Prepare client documentation necessary to facilitate ongoing use of the application.
- Train customers in both classroom and individual settings and make presentations to client groups.
- Provide a first line of technical support and user training during initial implementation.
- Respond to customer needs and technical questions regarding product solutions and other modules.
- Participate in QA testing and gathering of functional requirements.
- Provide ongoing support role with regard to system operations and results, including data analysis and recommendations for customer savings and improved efficiency.

» Position 104: Integration Specialist |
|
As an Integration Specialist you will be responsible for developing and supporting integration processes between our client's information systems and our Healthcare Performance Management software applications, using an Integration Tool.
Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills are required to oversee the various functions involved in data integration and management projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of Systems and Software Engineering work experience.
- Experience working with software integration projects is preferred.
- Self-directed individual with good oral/written communication and interpersonal skills to support work in a team environment.
- Java programming language.
- Integration process design.
- Proficient with SQL (Oracle specific SQL preferred).
- Hands on experience in ETL tools like Pentaho, Talend, etc.
- Experience with Data Migration a plus.
- Experience in Medical Informatics a plus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze client's information systems output (sources) and recognize data useful to the application.
- Design and create process to transform client's data into appropriate formats.
- Support for integration tool.
- Coordinate and drive system integration.
- Provide technical support to the software team, including requirements, design, code, testing, and integration.

As an Integration Specialist you will be responsible for developing and supporting integration processes between our client's information systems and our Healthcare Performance Management software applications, using an Integration Tool.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze client's information systems output (sources) and recognize data useful to the application.
- Design and create process to transform client's data into appropriate formats.
- Development and maintenance of data warehouse data loading applications.
- Automate load and data acquisition processes using ETL tools.
- Codes and documents scripts.
- Assists with data management.
- Utilize data warehouse to create reports for data validation and resolve problems.
Skill Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of Systems and Software Engineering work experience.
- Hands on experience in ETL tools like Pentaho, Talend, etc.
- Java programming language (preferred).
- Proficient with SQL (Oracle specific SQL preferred).
- Self-directed individual with good oral/written communication and interpersonal skills to support work in a team environment.
