Prof. Ludomirsky is a Professor of Pediatrics and Chief of Pediatric Cardiology at Langone NYU Medical Center. He previously served as Prof. of Pediatrics and Biomedical Engineering at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, and Director of the Division of Pediatric Cardiology at the St. Louis Children's Hospital. He also serves as Venture Partner at Advent International, a Boston-based venture capital fund. He received his MD, magna cum laude, from the Sackler School of Medicine, Tel Aviv University and finished his fellowship in pediatric cardiology at the Baylor College of Medicine, Houston Texas. From 1992 to 2003, Prof. Ludomirsky served as the Director of the Echocardiography Laboratory at the Department of Pediatrics, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan. Prof. Ludomirsky holds several R&D/Consulting positions with a number of well-known USA, European, and Israeli companies in the biomedical field.

Avihu Ben-Nun is a Co-founder and Director of ExactCost and Chairman of Disk and HIRS. General (Ret.) Avihu Ben-Nun served a long and distinguished career in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), reaching the rank of Major General and Commander of the Israeli Air Force (IAF). He also served as Chief of the Planning Branch of the IDF General Staff. Since he retired from the IDF in 1992, Avihu has held key executive positions in the private sector as well as voluntary positions in the public sector. He is a Director of Universal Motors Israel (UMI), which he founded, managed and led to annual sales of $500M, and of GM-UMIT R&D and Chairman of GMI (GM's newly formed R&D Center in Israel). Avihu also serves on the Board of Directors of leading companies including Kardan Israel and Golden Wings Venture Capital, and formerly, Bank Hamizrahi and Elbit Systems. In the public sector, he is President of the IAF Association, V.P. of the Israeli Federation of Chambers of Commerce, and Chairman of the FIRST competition, that inspires young people's interest in technology through robotics competitions. In the past, he served as Chairman of the "Lahofesh Nolad" Association (to bring MIA Ron Arad back home) and Chairman of the Israeli Vehicle Importers Association. Avihu holds a Bachelor degree from Auburn University in Alabama; he graduated from the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School, and was awarded a Dr. Degree of Honor from the Technion in Haifa.

Dr. Mira Zeffren served as a Regional Executive Director for NCS Healthcare, Inc. a provider of pharmaceutical and related services to long-term care facilities, including skilled nursing centers, assisted living facilities and hospitals. NCS serves approximately 215,000 residents in 33 states and manages hospital pharmacies in 14 states. Mira is a fellow of, and has served on the regional boards for, the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists and the California Pharmaceutical Association. She is also an adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Southern California School of Pharmacy. Mira has developed two software programs, MedTrax and ProTrax being used in the Long Term Care Pharmaceutical Industry. She has published articles in the Annals of Internal Medicine. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Saint Louis College of Pharmacy.

Zvi Hadar is the Company Secretary of ExactCost. In addition, he provides the Company consulting services regarding financial and capital raising issues. He has been providing such services to the Company since its inception. Zvi has been a member of the Israeli Bar since 1983 and the New York Bar since 1987. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law (LLB 1982) of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from Haifa University (2005).
