As Chairman and CEO of ExactCost, Roland S. Harris III leads the company's strategy and business development, directs operations and oversees its partnerships and government relations. Mr. Harris brings over thirty two years of global executive leadership experience at IBM, where he held several key positions, including Global Managing Partner of the IBM Global Business Services Public Sector organization, responsible for 8800 employees and 3.4 billion dollars in revenues, Vice President of Sales, Strategy and Market Development for the IBM North Americas Region and Vice President, Global Pandemic Strategy. In the past, Mr. Harris served on the boards of the Information Technology Association of America, the Synergos Institute, the Professional Services Council, the Central Methodist College in Fayette, Missouri and the Selective Service Board for the State of Maryland. He was also a member of the State of Maryland Child Care Business Partnership Team and the New York City Internet Taskforce. He currently serves as a trustee for the Levine School of Music. Mr. Harris is a member of the Connecticut Bar. He holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut and a BA from Tufts University. He is a graduate of the Dartmouth, Tuck School, Advanced Executive Education program and has attended the Strategic Leadership Forum at Harvard.

Ilan Mintz is an ExactCost Founder and served as President and CEO for 10 years. He has specialized internationally in software technology within the healthcare industry for over 23 years. Before establishing ExactCost, he was the CEO of Cybersoft Software Systems, a developer of software applications specializing in the design and support of solutions for the healthcare industry. Ilan held several key positions, including Managing Director and Vice President Sales and Marketing, at Casdim Software Systems Ltd., a developer of laboratory information systems and decision support systems. Ilan was responsible for Casdim’s operations, sales and marketing in Israel, Switzerland, Austria and Canada for over 200 hospitals and regional laboratories and thousands of users. Ilan served as a Battalion Commander in the Israeli Defense Force, reaching the rank of Lt. Colonel. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering Management and has completed the Advanced Executive Management Program at Tel-Aviv University School of Business.

A senior healthcare executive, Ms. Asher has been the founder, Chairman and CEO of four innovative, entrepreneurial healthcare service delivery and healthcare information technology (HIT) companies. Ms. Asher served as President of a multi-billion dollar, publicly traded, home healthcare company, ABBEY Medical (now APRIA), delivering high-tech home care throughout the country. She was the founder and Chairman of a company that designed a breakthrough healthcare processing and claims adjudication software platform for commercial and government markets, adopted by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) and several commercial payers in partnership with IBM Corporation. Ms. Asher then became a full-time consultant to IBM Corporation’s Global Business Services (GBS) Public Sector Organization, which provides Health, Education and Government Services throughout the world. Immediately prior to joining ExactCost, Ms. Asher was the EVP of Development of the State of the USA (SUSA) for 5 years, in collaboration with the National Academies of Science. SUSA created the first national, nonpartisan web destination and capability with the nation’s scientific and statistical agencies and national experts. SUSA identifies key national measures to help the American people assess for themselves the progress of the United States, across such critical areas as education, the environment, health, crime and justice, and ten other areas. The SUSA website provides scientifically selected measures, supporting statistical data and appropriate editorial context. Ms. Asher has been a key consultant to several American Presidents, the U.S. Cabinet, the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pension’s Committee (HELP), and has co-authored with Senator Edward M. Kennedy multiple legislative initiatives. She serves on several boards, including: WellCoaches, a professional healthcare training and coaching Institute jointly created with Harvard Medical School, the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children and the Boston Philharmonic Orchestra.

Ms. Ruth is CFO of ExactCost and brings over twenty-five years of financial strategy, capital raising, M&A, and operations finance experience. She is a founder of Redstones LLC. Previously, Ms. Ruth held a variety of senior executive positions in finance, supply chain, re-engineering and as GM at AOL, GTE Corp, GTE Wireless and TWA, many with global responsibilities. She led a $1+ billion sale/leaseback transaction of wireless tower properties closing the transaction in industry record time with 3,000+ individual sale/leaseback transactions. From an operations standpoint, she led productivity and process improvement efforts over 18 months that generated over $600 million in operating income for a $4 billion company. She was instrumental in strategy, valuation, and negotiations with lenders, unions and potential investors in developing a go forward plan for a $3+ billion company. She led efforts for a multi-billion dollar acquisition and several divestitures. She began her career at KPMG where she consistently earned awards for client service and received commendations from clients for her value in getting capital transactions closed. Ms. Ruth holds a BS in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University.

Mr. Trustman is CTO of ExactCost and is an acknowledged pioneer and leader in the design, development and operation of retail to enterprise-scale interactive applications in numerous industries, including healthcare, insurance, financial services and retail industries. He was previously the CTO of REPTrax, a pioneer and market leader in hospital vendor credentialing and security and on the board of directors of WAVi, a pioneer in the development of high quality, low cost brainwave analysis hardware and software. He is a founder of The TR2 Group and 1dot0, and was the co-founder of and the visionary behind deNovis, and he and his team have worked closely with various members of the U.S. government to achieve breakthrough innovations in the U.S. Healthcare market. Mr. Trustman is the former senior vice president and chief information officer of Aetna Health Plans, the largest commercial health insurer in the United States. He was a senior vice president of Fidelity Investments where he developed the first on-line trading applications in the US and Europe, pioneered the use of data warehousing for customer relationship management, and led the firm's efforts in internal trading and customer service applications in the U.S. and internationally. Mr. Trustman began his career at United States Trust Company of Boston, MA, where he was senior vice president & chief information officer, and at Bain & Company, an international management-consulting firm, where he was a manager in the firm’s strategy practice. A writer, lecturer and independent strategy and technology consultant, Mr. Trustman holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar, and a BA from Yale University.

Gene Ostrovsky has extensive experience in the software industry and has been leading project development teams for over 14 years. The projects he has led have been mainly for the healthcare industry, including the development of Laboratory Information Systems and central data banks for healthcare organizations worldwide. Gene graduated from the Tel Aviv Technological College with a degree in Practical Engineering in Computer Science.

Paul Monge is a Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA) with over 26 years experience in Radiology and expertise in PACS systems, radiological equipment, re-design of Radiology Department flow processes and system implementation and training. Paul has served as the Assistant Radiology Administrator, at a large county healthcare system in South Florida that includes a 1700 bed main campus and six community centers. Paul is the author of several published articles on Activity-Based Methods and is currently serving on the Editorial Review Board for the AHRA (American Healthcare Radiology Administrators). He is an Adjunct Faculty Member at Miami Dade College, the largest community college in the U.S., and is a member of the Advisory Committee for the Jackson Health System’s School of Radiologic Sciences. He established seven hospital sites in South Florida for the Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program, as the former Assistant Director of the School of Clinical Affiliates at Miami Dade College. Paul spearheaded the development of the Sonography Society of South Florida and served as Treasurer. Paul graduated from Barry University with a BS in Professional Studies with Concentration in Health Care Administration and Public and Community Health Care and the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer and Radiologic Technologist.
